End of sales and support for Opsgenie

Switch to Opsgenie login

The Opsgenie account owner and the account admins can manage login settings of the account users. Follow the steps below to switch all account users to Opsgenie login. Learn more about login options and SSO.

Switching to Opsgenie login with credentials

  1. Go to Settings → App settings and select Login and SSO.

  2. Under the Login settings section, click Switch to Opsgenie login.

  3. We’ll ask you whether you’d like to login with SSO or credentials.

  4. Select Login with username and password. Then click Switch to Opsgenie login.

  5. Later, if you’d like to enable Opsgenie SSO, you can do it from the Single sign-on tab of the same menu.

Switching to Opsgenie login with Opsgenie SSO

Opsgenie SSO is free for Standard and Enterprise plan customers.

  1. Go to Settings → App settings and select Login and SSO.

  2. Under the Login settings section, click Switch to Opsgenie login.

  3. We’ll ask you whether you’d like to login with SSO or credentials.

  4. Select Login by using single sign-on. Then click Setup single sign-on button.

  5. Configure your SSO settings.

  6. Click Apply and enable single sign-on.
