Set up an action channel with REST Endpoint

Opsgenie actions provides a flexible way to integrate with a wide variety of automation technologies that support playbook execution via REST Endpoint Channels.

Channel Configuration

  1. Go to the Actions tab under the Team dashboard.

  2. Click Add Action Channel.

  3. Enter the name of the action channel and select REST Endpoint as the type.

  4. Configure URL.

  5. Click Add header to add a customized header.

  6. Click Create.
