Understanding Opsgenie integration changes in Compass
After migrating from Opsgenie, your integrations will transition to Jira Service Management or Compass. While most integrations are automatically synced, some require manual setup, and others are no longer supported.
Find integrations in Operations
After migration, integrations move into Operations for both Jira Service Management and Compass.
Your global integrations are located in Operations > General configuration > Integrations
Team integrations are located under your team’s operations. Go to your team and follow Operations > Integrations to view your team’s integrations.
Outdated integrations that won’t migrate
Certain outdated integrations won’t be available in Jira Service Management or Compass.
If an integration isn’t migrated, check if a newer version is available in Jira Service Management or Compass.
Bidirectional integrations are only available in Jira Service Management Premium and Enterprise plans, and Compass Premium plan.
For a complete list of integrations and their availability, see integrations after migration.
Chat integrations need reconnecting
Chat integrations aren’t automatically migrated and must be manually reconnected after migration.
Integrations for MS Teams and Zoom are currently not supported in Compass. However, Slack integration is available, allowing connection with only one workspace at a time. You can connect multiple Slack workspaces in Jira Service Management.
Use the Migration Guide to copy chat integration settings from Opsgenie. If Migration Guide is not available, read setting up MSTeams and Slack in Jira Service Management or integrate Slack with Compass.
Incoming call routing is a distinct feature
Incoming call routing is now a separate feature in Jira Service Management, found under Operations > General configuration > Incoming call routing. Read more about incoming call routing in Jira Service Management.
Incoming call routing is not available in Compass.
Jira integrations are Syncs
Jira Software and Jira Service Management integrations are now listed under Syncs, rather than integrations. Read more about Syncs
