Administrative powers in Automation

Premium Workspace and Enterprise administrators have administrative powers over other users' automations on all boards in their organization. In particular, admins can view and disable other users' automations if those automations are enabled on the current board.

Note: Admins can view and delete only shared buttons but they can't make changes to users' private buttons. 

If you have the admin status, you can manage automations on the board by using the Admin button in the upper-right corner of your automation list. 


Note: The Admin button is only available on the Rules and Calendar automation tabs. 

Admin activity tracking

All admin activity is logged in the Automation Log—this is where Automation tracks all changes made both by the administrator and original creator of the automation.
