Troubleshooting import data from HTML to Confluence

How will I know if my HTML upload is successful?

You’ll receive a notification email when the import is complete. If the import was a success, the email will contain which content was transferred. If any imports are partially or fully unsuccessful, you’ll receive a short indication about why it failed. The following table provides more information about each error message and steps you can take to solve them.

 

Are there size limits for file uploads?

It depends. If you encounter a size limit, please contact your admin, as they determine the size restrictions of HTML import files.
