Billing admins can view past invoices from admin.atlassian.com/billing.
To view a Workspaces invoices and receipts:
Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing and select Invoices, or select the Trello logo in the header, select the Workspace, then select Billing.

The Workspace administrator role is separate from the billing administrator role. Not all Workspace admins are billing admins.
Changing your receipt's language
Your receipt will automatically reflect the language that is set on your Trello and Atlassian account profile. To see your receipt in a different language, update the language used by your account.
