Getting Started
Invoices and receipts for your Trello subscription
You can find invoices and receipts on the following pages:
Trello Standard and Premium are Workspace upgrades, so you need to be a Workspace admin to view the Workspace's billing page: https://trello.com/[your-Workspace-goes-here]/billing
Go to trello.com,
Click the Workspaces dropdown option from the top navigation bar
Select the Workspace
In the sidebar, click "Settings"
From the dropdown options, click “Billing”
Billing contacts
Billing contacts are people who receive subscription receipts and renewal updates via email. This can be someone like an accounting or finance department that doesn't need access to Trello but needs to keep track of receipts and expenses.
Someone that is set a billing contact and is not a member of the Workspace cannot see the Workspace's boards. Additionally, entering someone's email address only as a billing contact does not consume a seat license.
By default, the first person that upgrades the Workspace becomes the billing contact. If you need to edit the billing contact, you can do it from the Workspace's billing page: https://trello.com/[your-Workspace-goes-here]/billing
Additional invoice details
You can add additional details to your invoices, such as a company name and address, on the Workspace’s Billing page:
Once you’ve updated that, the change will be reflected on previous invoices as well, so you can re-download the invoice with the new address from the “Billing History” section on that same page.
Need a PDF? Trello's billing statements are only provided in HTML form for flexibility; use your browser's Print to PDF function to save them in another format!
Changing your receipt's language
Your receipt will automatically reflect the language that is set on your Trello and Atlassian account profile. To see your receipt in a different language, update the language used by your account.
