Invoices and receipts for your Trello subscription

Workspace admins can view the Workspace's billing page and past invoices.

To view a Workspaces invoices and receipts:

  1. Open Trello and select the Workspaces dropdown from the header

  2. Select a Workspace from the list

  3. Select Workspace settings then Billing in the sidebar

Add a billing contact

Billing contacts are people who receive subscription receipts and renewal updates via email.

By default, the first person that upgrades a Workspace becomes the billing contact, but you can edit the billing contact from the Workspace's billing page.

This can be useful for an accounting or finance department that doesn't need access to Trello but needs to keep track of receipts and expenses.

A billing contact who isn’t a Workspace members can’t see the Workspace's boards or administer the Workspace, and won’t consume a license.

Add custom details to your invoices

You can add additional details to your invoices, such as a company name and address, on the Workspace’s Billing page.

Any details you add will be added to previous invoices as well.

You can re-download old invoices with the new address from the Billing history section on that same page.

Need a PDF? Trello's billing statements are only provided in HTML form for flexibility; use your browser's Print to PDF function to save them in another format.

Changing your receipt's language

Your receipt will automatically reflect the language that is set on your Trello and Atlassian account profile. To see your receipt in a different language, update the language used by your account.
