Export data from a board

すべてのボード メンバーがボードを JSON 形式にエクスポートできます。JSON 形式は判読しにくいですが、技術的な使用に適しています。Premium ワークスペースのボードは、CSV 形式にエクスポートして任意のスプレッドシート プログラムで開けます。現在、JSON または CSV 形式をインポートして Trello ボードを再作成できません。 

To export content from a board:

1. Open the board menu ()

2. Select Print, Export, and Share

3. Select an export option

Export comments

JSON エクスポートには、コメントを含めて、ボード上の最新アクションが 1,000 件含まれます。すべてのコメントをエクスポートするには、下の [ワークスペース内のすべてのボードをエクスポートする] オプションを使用してください。

コメントは CSV エクスポートに含まれません。スプレッドシートは、1 つの項目に複数のコメントがあるような、コメントなどの「多対一」のデータ保存には適していません。ただし、JSON エクスポートにはすべてのコメントが含まれます。この形式は、複雑なデータ構造をより適切に処理します。JSON ファイルを簡単に表示するには、Firefox または専用の JSON ビューアー・アプリのご利用をお勧めします。

Export all boards in a Workspace

With Trello Premium, you can export all the boards in your Workspace in both CSV and JSON format.

To export all boards in a Workspace:

1. Expand the sidebar and select Workspace Settings > Export

2. Select an existing export to download, or create a new one

Include raw attachments in a Workspace export

If you want the export to include all card attachments, select Include raw attachments when creating a new export. Attachments will be included in their original formats within a ZIP file in your download. Otherwise, exports will link to attachments hosted on Trello.

Only Workspace admins can create and download exports from the Workspace settings.

With Trello Premium, you can export information from your board in CSV format, which can be opened in spreadsheet programs. Each user in a Premium Workspace has the ability to export the board as a CSV.
