Managing Public Boards Within an Enterprise

The Public Boards page on the Enterprise Dashboard allows you to view and change visibility of all public boards that are within enterprise Workspaces. This means that currently, any public boards within your enterprise that are in personal spaces will not appear on this page.

Changing Public Board Visibility

To change the visibility of one or more of your public boards to Workspace Visible:

1. An Enterprise admin can access the dashboard by clicking the suitcase icon in the top right of the screen.

2. On the left of the dashboard, you'll see a way to navigate between Enterprise members, Workspaces, and security settings. Open the “Public boards” section:

3. In the upper-right corner of the Public Boards table, click Change Visibility…

4. From the menu, click Workspace Visible.
