Trello Inbox and Enterprise
The Trello Inbox allows users to capture to-dos, thoughts, and messages quickly so they can stay focused.
Inbox offers quick capture features for email, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
When using quick capture, cards will be summarized using Atlassian intelligence.
Each user’s inbox has its own archive, separate from any boards they have access to.
Trello Planner and Enterprise
Planner allows users to schedule time to complete tasks from their boards and Inbox, while viewing their calendar right next to their boards.
When connecting Planner to external calendars (Google, Microsoft), calendar data flows through secure APIs, and OAuth credentials are stored securely.
Content ownership
For most users, content in Inbox and Planner is owned by the individual account holder.
For licensed and managed users, content in Inbox and Planner is owned by the Enterprise.
When a licensed and managed user becomes unmanaged, they do not lose access to content in their inbox.
