Rovo helps you turn information into action. It swiftly searches across your Atlassian and connect third-party products to find needed information, enhances your understanding of company insights to help you improve decision making, and improves outcomes with specialized Agents that work alongside you like a human colleague.

Use Rovo to:

  • Understand company jargon and project definitions within the flow of work

  • Identify your high-priority projects and tasks that are directly aligned with company goals

  • Automate maintenance tasks, manage backlogs, and convert Confluence content to Jira tickets allowing you more time for strategic focus

Q. What kind of questions or tasks can Rovo help you with?

A. You can ask Rovo to write, read, review, or create things the same way you might ask a person. You can also ask questions in natural language to learn about your teammates (“Who is…”) or consolidate information (“What tickets…”). Example Rovo Chat prompts

​​Q. Are my data and queries private?

A. Search terms, prompts and response data aren't used to cross train other LLM models, aren’t visible to your organization, and aren’t retained by Atlassian. Atlassian may use data for troubleshooting and debugging, or to solve support queries we may raise.

Q. What are Rovo Agents?

A. Rovo Agents are AI-powered virtual teammates working alongside your team. They bring specialized knowledge and custom skills to your workflows and processes and can take actions like post a comment, draft and publish a Confluence page, or create a Jira issue. Rovo already has Atlassian Agents that you can start using now or customize to fit the needs of your team. You can also create and share Agents for specific use cases.
