Manage default access for future agents

As an organization admin, you can limit what data agents can access. Setting default app and group access will automatically apply to all agents created in the future.

For existing agents, you can manage their access from their profiles. See Manage agents in your organization

Manage default access to apps and groups

To manage default access for future agents to your apps and groups:

1. Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.

2. Select Rovo, then Agents.

3. Select the Default access tab.

4. Select Add, then either Apps or Groups.

5. Select the apps or groups that future agents will have access to by default. The agents are automatically assigned the user role for that app.

6. Review your selection, then select Grant access to confirm. 

7. Repeat the steps if you need to add more apps or groups.

The table will display the groups that have access to future agents.

To remove an app or a group, select Remove next to its name.
