Decision Director

This Agent helps you communicate decisions clearly through the DACI framework. If you use the DACI framework (DACI stands for “Driver”, “Approver”, “Contributor”, “Informed”) when making decisions, the Decision Director reviews your document, and suggests improvements and resources to inform your decision. It connects to relevant projects within your organization to help you close decisions quickly.

User Manual Writer

This fun and friendly Agent helps you set up a “personal user manual”: a page that you can use to share your preferred ways of working with your team. The User Manual Writer will help you write things like your ideal working hours, environments you like to work in, and top things to know about working with you.

Product Requirements Guide

This Agent creates and reviews PRDs (Product requirement documents) for product managers. It helps you write product requirements that guide product and engineering teams. The Product Requirements Guide uses direct language, empathizes with the customer problem, provides evidence to inform the content and gives you actionable feedback on best practices for PRDs when reviewing your work.

Issue Organizer

Finding and updating issues in your project is quick and easy. This Agent can move issues into sprints, assign them to epics, delete old issues and more.

Ops Guide

Streamline your incident management with Ops Guide. Ops Guide assists with your on-call duties and offers guidance to help mitigate the impact of incidents, seeking to reduce the time to detect, respond to, and recover from them.

Rovo Expert

Get to know the Rovo expert that helps you get started with answers and helpful links about using Rovo. This Agent will introduce you to Rovo’s features and help you get the most out of using Rovo to unlock your organizational knowledge.

Service Helper

The Service Request Helper enhances the productivity of service teams by assisting them in composing responses using insights from previous requests. It also helps in identifying assignees for requests, suggests actions based on data, and offers concise summaries to expedite the resolution of support requests.

Job Listing Assistant

Write consistent and engaging job listings with Job Listing Assistant. It will help you write job descriptions or find similar content relating to job listings from across your organization.

Jira Theme Analyzer

This Agent identifies themes among your Jira issues or groups issues into themes to create epics. Provide this Agent with a JQL (Jira Query language) query, a search results page, or just ask it to scan your whole project for potential themes to help you organize work.

Transcript Insights Reporter

This Agent takes a transcript from a meeting and turns it into insights and recommendations that you can turn into action items.

OKR Generator

Create effective and consistent OKRs with the OKR Generator. Review your draft OKRs, find similar ones by searching your organization, share resources on writing good OKRS, or create OKRs from scratch your company or team.

Release Notes Drafter

Create comprehensive and clear release notes from a set of up to 20 Jira issues at a time with Release Notes Drafter. Summarize issues and group them into themes to save you time working out the best way to frame release notes for your work items.

Comms Crafter

Generate content that matches your brand voice and tone. Comms Crafter mimics your organization’s content guidelines that you provide to help quickly ideate or generate comms.

Progress Tracker

Get a real-time overview of in-flight projects and their priorities. Ensure that teams have visibility into what’s currently being worked on and what should be prioritized next.

Teamwork Trivia Host

The Teamwork Trivia Host will run a fun game of trivia to help you get to know your teammates or learn more about a colleague you're about to interact with based on their profile and where they’ve been mentioned

Work Item Planner

Global Translator

Translate your writing into most languages with the Global Translator. It can help break down communication barriers or help you get started on a journey towards making your content more accessible to speakers of other languages.

Bug Report Assistant

Write clear and concise bug reports with all the necessary details to help improve triage efficiency

Blocker Checker

This Agent is designed to be used within an automation rule. It is triggered by keywords that signal an issue could be blocked, the Agent will then signal the automation rule to update the status of the issue to blocked. If you’re unsure about how to set up an automation, the Agent can help explain what to do.
