What is Teamwork Graph CLI?
TWG CLI is currently free to use. In the future, some features may become paid offerings. If this changes, you’ll receive advance notice.
Teamwork Graph (TWG)CLI is a tool that gives your AI coding agent access to your Atlassian data. Once you set it up, you can describe what you want in plain English and your agent handles the rest — finding issues, writing summaries, creating tickets, and more. You don't need to learn commands. You set up the tool once, then talk to your agent as you normally would.
Setting up TWG CLI gives your AI coding agent connected access to all your Atlassian data — Jira issues, Confluence pages, Bitbucket repos, team information, and more — so it can answer complex questions and automate repetitive tasks without manual effort.
Built for AI agents
TWG CLI i was designed from the ground up for AI coding agents, not retrofitted to support them.
It gives your agent access to hundreds of specific commands across Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Goals, and more — all following the same consistent patterns. Because every command works the same way, your agent applies what it learns in Jira to Confluence, Bitbucket, and everywhere else. It rarely gets confused or gives an incomplete answer.
The output is structured so your agent can read and use it directly, without having to interpret pages of formatted text. You get faster, more accurate results as a result.
Agents can also explore what's available on their own. TWG CLI exposes help at every level, so your agent discovers new capabilities as it goes — no manual configuration required. You authenticate once and your agent gets connected access to all your Atlassian products.
What your agent can do
After setup, ask your agent things like:
“What are my open Jira issues?”
“Summarise the work I did this week across Jira and Confluence”
“Create a Jira issue for the login bug in PROJ”
“Show the current sprint for my team”
“Find Confluence pages about onboarding”
“Who are the key people in the Platform Engineering team?”
“Show PRs I authored this week”
“What goals is my team tracking?”
Supported agents
TWG CLI works with all AI coding agents. It has been tested with:
Claude Code
Codex
Cursor
Augment
Gemini CLI
GitHub Copilot
Kiro
OpenCode
Rovo Dev
If your agent supports a project-level skills or context directory, TWG CLI will work with it.
Before you start
You need an Atlassian account with access to the products you want to use.
You need an AI coding agent installed on your computer.
TWG CLI is currently in Early Access Program (EAP). Request access to get started.
