Disconnect an app from Teamwork Graph
Before you disconnect an app from Teamwork Graph, it’s important to know:
You can choose to hide an app from Search but keep an app connected (this is useful if you need time to adjust permissions in your third-party app, without disconnecting)
It will take 48 hours to completely disconnect most apps. During this time, you won't be able to add a new app connector for that same app (excluding the Custom Website connector).
Cached data may persist for up to 5 minutes after you initially disconnect an app
For more information on how long we store that data, see our data, privacy and usage guidelines.
Hide an app from Rovo Search
If you would like to hide a third-party app from Rovo Search:
Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Apps, then Connectors.
Under Sites, expand the site, and locate the app you’d like to hide, select the More actions (•••) menu.
Select Manage, and toggle off Show results for this <app> in Rovo Search.
Select Save.
Disconnect an app
If you no longer want a third-party app connected to Teamwork Graph:
Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Apps, then Connectors.
Under Sites, expand the site, and locate the app you’d like to remove, select the More actions (•••) menu.
Select Disconnect, and on the confirmation popup, select Disconnect again.
Removing GitHub data
If you’re disconnecting GitHub and would like to remove all your GitHub data from Atlassian, you’ll also need to uninstall the GitHub for Jira app. Disconnect GitHub from Teamwork Graph
