When you remove an email domain, we automatically remove all email addresses with the domain.
If a project admin has configured an email notification with one of these email addresses, we remove the email address from that notification and update it with the product’s default email address (for example, firstname.lastname@example.org). We recommend that you notify project admins that these email addresses will no longer be available and that their notifications will be updated.
To remove an email domain:
From your organization at admin.atlassian.com, select Settings > Emails.
Select the Email domains tab.
From your email domain in the table, select Remove.
The Remove email domain modal asks you to confirm that you want remove the domain. Select Remove.
