Deactivate Atlassian Intelligence for products

You must be an organization admin to deactivate Atlassian Intelligence for a product.

To deactivate Atlassian Intelligence for a product:

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.

  2. Select Settings > Atlassian Intelligence.

  3. In the table, find the product you want to deactivate Atlassian Intelligence for and select Remove.

  4. Select Confirm.

After deactivating Atlassian Intelligence your users won’t be able to access any Atlassian Intelligence features within that product. Any content generated by users with the help of Atlassian Intelligence will remain in the product.

Deactivate Atlassian Intelligence in Bitbucket Cloud

You must be a workspace admin to deactivate Atlassian Intelligence for Bitbucket Cloud.

To deactivate Atlassian Intelligence:

  1. From your workspace, select Workspace settings.

  2. Under Atlassian Integrations on the left sidebar, select Atlassian Intelligence.

  3. Select Deactivate.

  4. Select Confirm in the Deactivate Atlassian Intelligence dialog.

Deactivating AI in your Bitbucket Cloud workspace disables Atlassian Intelligence across all the pull requests within the projects and repositories stored in your workspace.
