Jira Work Management から Jira に移行する
スタンドアロンの Jira Work Management サブスクリプションのライセンスを持っているお客様は Jira に移行するオプションが提供され、ビジネス プロジェクトとソフトウェア プロジェクトの両方にアクセスできるようになります。
Jira への自動移行は 2025 年初頭に開始されます。
手動での移行* は、要件がより複雑なお客様、または自動移行をオプトアウトしたお客様のための代替オプションとしてご利用いただけます。
手動移行前
Jira Work Management から Jira に手動で移行する前に、ここで自動移行をオプトアウトしてください。
手動で移行する方法
* 手動で移行するには、組織管理者権限が必要です。移行中に、関連するすべての通知が確実に届くように、組織管理者が請求管理者にもなることを強く推奨します。請求管理者を組織に追加する方法については、「請求管理を理解する」を参照してください。
The instructions below are for migrating from one app to another within the same organization, not between different organizations. To manually migrate from one organization to a different one, contact Atlassian Support.
Any deviations from the steps below may impact app and feature permissions. Follow the steps below to avoid unexpected changes to your permissions.
ユーザーを Jira Work Management から Jira に手動で移行するには、以下の手順に従います (組織管理者権限が必要です)。
If you don’t already have Jira as a separate app, you’ll need to add it:
アトラシアンの管理で、[設定] > [ユーザー管理] の順に移動します。
複数の組織がある場合は、Jira Work Management サイトを含む組織を選択します。
Select Apps from the top menu.
Select Add app.
[Jira] を選択します。
Create a new site for the new Jira app, or add it to one of your existing sites.
Jira Work Management から同じ組織内の Jira へのユーザーの移動:
(まだアトラシアンの管理を表示している場合は、ステップ C に進みます) アトラシアンの管理で、[設定] > [ユーザー管理] の順に移動します。
複数の組織がある場合は、Jira Work Management サイトを含む組織を選択します。
上部のメニューから [ディレクトリ] を選択します。
サイド メニューから [グループ] を選択します。
Select the group(s) that currently provide access to Jira Work Management. (These groups are usually in the format of
jira-workmanagement-users-{yoursitename}. You can hover over the Access to column, to see which app(s) are included.)Within each group(s), select Add app (near the bottom-right of your screen).
Next to the Jira site you want to migrate users into, select User from the app roles dropdown menu, and select Add.
移行が成功したことを確認する
On the same Groups page as above, confirm that the groups you updated now include app access to Jira. There are several ways to do this:
Hover over the Access to column to see which app(s) are included.
orSelect each group you modified and view the App access section.
orSelect Apps (top menu). Locate the Jira site you wanted to migrate users into. Select Manage app. The groups you selected should be listed.
上部のメニューから [請求] を選択します。移行先 Jira サイトの請求対象ユーザーの数を選択します。これで、該当するユーザーは Jira サイトにアクセスできるようになります。
(オプション) 移行したユーザー (プロジェクトの作成権限があるユーザー) の 1 人にソフトウェア プロジェクトを作成してもらいます。プロジェクトを作成できれば、Jira へのアクセス権があります。
上記を確認できれば、移行は成功です。移行が成功したことを確認できない場合は、アトラシアン サポートにお問い合わせください。
同じ組織内に複数の Jira Work Management インスタンスがある場合は、それぞれで上記の手順を繰り返します。

現在 Jira Work Management のサブスクリプションをお持ちのお客様は、Jira への移行を後押しする Jira サブスクリプションの 10% 割引をご利用いただけます。
上記の手順で移行が成功したことを確認したら、以下の手順で当社に連絡し 10% の割引をリクエストしてください。
アトラシアンの Enterprise 営業窓口ページにアクセスします。
[I’d like to discuss (お問い合わせの内容)] ドロップダウン メニューで [pricing and quotes (価格と見積書)] を選択します。
詳細を追加してください。
Open the ‘Which app or service are you enquiring about?’ dropdown menu:
[Cloud] タブを選択します。
[Jira] を選択します。
[Your question (質問内容)] セクションに、次の内容を記入します。
「Jira Work Management から Jira への手動移行の割引」
The site URL of the Jira instance(s) you have migrated your Jira Work Management users into. (To locate your site’s URL, go to Apps > App URLs.)
通常、数日以内に返信が届きます。
Jira Work Management のサブスクリプションを解約する
割引を受けたら、元の Jira Work Management サブスクリプションをキャンセルします。
(オプション) グループを変更する
以下の手順でグループの名前を変更します (新しく移行したグループを識別しやすくするため)。
アトラシアンの管理で、[設定] > [ユーザー管理] の順に移動します。
複数の組織がある場合は、Jira サイトを含む組織を選択します。
上部のメニューから [ディレクトリ] を選択します。
サイド メニューから [グループ] を選択します。
[詳細を表示] > [•••] (詳細) を選択します。
[グループ名を編集] を選択します (たとえば、各グループの名前を「以前の JWM ユーザー」と「移行した JWM ユーザー」などに変更します)。
グループの編集の詳細をご確認ください。
以下の手順で、移行したグループを既定のアクセス グループにします (これにより、サイトに追加されたユーザーは自動的にグループにアクセスできるようになります)。
アトラシアンの管理で、[設定] > [ユーザー管理] の順に移動します。
複数の組織がある場合は、Jira サイトを含む組織を選択します。
Select Apps from the top menu.
Next to the relevant Jira site, click Manage app.
該当するグループの横で、[•••] (詳細) > [Update default group setting (既定のグループ設定を更新)] を選択します。
[ユーザー] > [更新] の順に選択します。
既定のグループと権限の詳細をご確認ください。
