Connect Dropbox to Teamwork Graph

何がインデックス化されますか?

Dropbox コネクタは、次のオブジェクトをインデックス化します。

はじめる前に

• You must be on a Dropbox Business Plus or Enterprise plan and have administrator user permissions to connect to Teamwork Graph.

• Teamwork Graph will always respect permissions. Users will only ever see files that they already have access to.

Dropbox に接続する

Dropbox のセットアップ画面を開きます。

1. admin.atlassian.com に移動します。複数の組織がある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。

2. Select Apps, then Connectors.

3. If you have more than one site, pick the site you want to connect, then select Add connector.

4. [Dropbox] を選択して [次へ] を押します。

次に、Dropbox を設定します。

1. Dropbox の接続の名前を入力します。

2. 免責事項を確認します。

3. 「Authorize Dropbox (Dropbox を承認)」を選択します。

4. 新しいタブが開き、Dropbox の承認を順を追って進めることができます。Dropbox の管理者権限を持つアカウントでログインする必要があります。

5. Dropbox の承認フローを順を追って進め、アクセスを許可します。接続する権限を確認して同意します。[許可] を選択します。

次のステップ

Dropbox との接続が完了すると、以下のようになります。

1. ファイルは、数時間かけて徐々に検索に表示されるようになります。

2. Your team members will see Dropbox show up as a filter option in Search. If they haven’t connected to Dropbox from their Atlassian account, they may be asked to connect before they can see results. This is required so Teamwork Graph can make sure your teammates only see files that they already have access to.

3. Dropbox 内のファイル数によっては、すべてのファイルがインデックス化されて検索に表示されるまでに時間がかかる場合があります。
