Connect Asana to Teamwork Graph

Asana のタスクとサブタスクを検索して、チームの作業をすばやく見つけます。

何がインデックス化されますか?

Asana コネクタは、次のオブジェクトのインデックス化を実行します。

• タスク (ボード上)

• 名前

• URL

• createdDate

• 最終更新日

• 説明

• アイテム タイプ

• 担当者

• 期限

はじめる前に

• All Asana’s paid plans (Pro, or above) are supported by Teamwork Graph.

• タスクが非公開ボードにある場合でも、自分がタグ付けされたタスクを表示できます。

• Make sure you connect Teamwork Graph to an Asana account with the broadest level of access, because teammates can only access a subset of tasks available to the connecting account.

• Teamwork Graph will always respect permissions. Users will only ever see tasks that they already have access to.

Asana に接続する

Asana のセットアップ画面を開くには、次の手順に従います。

1. admin.atlassian.com に移動します。複数の組織がある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。

2. Select Apps, then Connectors.

3. If you have more than one site, pick the site you want to connect, then select Add connector.

4. [Asana] を選択して [次へ] を押します。

次に、Asana を設定するには、次の手順に従います。

1. Asana の接続の名前を入力します。

2. 免責事項を確認します。

3. [Asana を認証] を選択します。

4. A new tab in Asana will open. Read through the permissions, and select Allow.

次のステップ

Asana との接続が完了したら、次の手順に従います。

1. シートは、数時間かけて徐々に検索に表示されるようになります。

2. Your team members will see Asana show up as a filter option in Search. If they haven’t connected to Asana from their Atlassian account, they may be asked to connect before they can see results. This is required so Teamwork Graph can make sure your teammates only see files that they already have access to.

3. Asana 内のシート数によっては、すべてのシートがインデックス化されて検索に表示されるまでに時間を要する場合があります。
