何がインデックス化されますか?

Smartsheet コネクタは、次のオブジェクトをインデックス化します。

• シート

• 名前

• URL

• createdDate

• 最終更新日

• 作成者

• 協力者

はじめる前に

• All Smartsheet’s paid plans (Pro, or above) are supported by Teamwork Graph.

• Make sure you connect Teamwork Graph to a Smartsheet account with the broadest level of access, because teammates can only access a subset of sheets available to the connecting account.

• Teamwork Graph will always respect permissions. Users will only ever see sheets that they already have access to.

Smartsheet への接続

Smartsheet のセットアップ画面を開くには、次の手順に従います。

1. admin.atlassian.com に移動します。複数の組織がある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。

2. Select Apps, then Connectors.

3. If you have more than one site, pick the site you want to connect, then select Add connector.

4. [Smartsheet] を選択して [次へ] を押します。

その後、次のように Smartsheet を設定します。

1. Smartsheet の接続の名前を入力します。

2. 免責事項を確認します。

3. [Authorize Smartsheet (Smartsheet を承認)] を選択します。

4. Smartsheet の新しいタブが開きます。承認フローを順を追って進め、アクセスを許可します。接続する権限を確認して同意します。[許可] を選択します。

次のステップ

Smartsheet との接続が完了すると、以下のようになります。

1. シートは、数時間かけて徐々に検索に表示されるようになります。

2. Your team members will see Smartsheet show up as a filter option in Search. If they haven’t connected to Smartsheet from their Atlassian account, they may be asked to connect before they can see results. This is required so Teamwork Graph can make sure your teammates only see files that they already have access to.

3. Smartsheet 内のシート数によっては、すべてのシートがインデックス化されて検索に表示されるまでに時間を要する場合があります。
