View backups
We’re rolling out a new backup and restore experience for a limited number of customers on the Enterprise plan through an open beta program.

When you activate a backup policy, backups run according to the set schedule. To view these backups:
admin.atlassian.com に移動します。 複数の組織がある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。
Select Settings > Backup and restore.
In the Backup policy tab, find the policy and select View backups.
バックアップ ステータス
バックアップ ステータス | 説明 |
---|---|
完了 | Successfully backed up data. |
失敗 | Unable to back up data. If a backup fails, we automatically try again every 30 minutes for up to three attempts. If it still fails, contact support. |
未完了 | データのバックアップが部分的に完了:
If a backup is incomplete, we automatically try again every 30 minutes for up to three attempts. If it still remains incomplete, contact support. Incomplete backups can be restored. |
進行中 | Data is being backed up. |
期限切れ | The backup expired and is no longer usable. |
