Manage web access for Rovo

Rovo uses your approved organizational knowledge, including connected third-party apps, as source material. By default, Rovo can also access public web pages and search the web for information.

As an organization admin, you can turn these settings off or on at any time. When web search setting is on, a toggle becomes visible as configuration in Rovo Chat and as agent configuration in Rovo Studio.

Keep in mind, Rovo uses different settings to access your connected apps. Even if web access is disabled, a connected tool may not be blocked.

Manage web access and search

To change Rovo’s access to public web pages and the web:

1. 移動 アトラシアンの管理。組織が複数ある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。

2. Select AI and Rovo, then Rovo settings.

3. Select the tab, Web access.

4. Turn the Web access toggle on or off. This controls whether Rovo can access public web pages.

5. Turn the Web search toggle on or off. This controls whether Rovo can search the web for information.

You must turn on Web access before you can turn on Web search.
