Connect Notion to Teamwork Graph

何がインデックス化されますか?

Notion コネクタは、次のオブジェクトをインデックス化します。

• ページ

• 名前

• URL

• createdDate

• 最終更新日

• 作成者

• 協力者

• ドキュメント本文

はじめる前に

• All of Notion’s plans are supported by Teamwork Graph, including the free tier.

• Teamwork Graph can only connect to one workspace in Notion.

• Teamwork Graph will always respect permissions. Users will only ever see pages that they already have access to.

Notion への接続

Notion のセットアップ画面を開く手順は以下のとおりです。

1. admin.atlassian.com に移動します。複数の組織がある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。

2. Select Apps, then Connectors.

3. If you have more than one site, pick the site you want to connect, then select Add connector.

4. [Notion] を選択して [次へ] を押します。

続いて Notion を設定する手順は以下のとおりです。

1. Notion の接続の名前を入力します。

2. 免責事項を確認します。

3. [Authorize Notion (Notion を承認)] を選択します。

4. A new tab will open to step you through Notion authorization. You can change the workspace in the top right, if you have more than one. Teamwork Graph can only connect to a single workspace.

5. Pick Select pages, and then select all pages and teamspaces you’d like Teamwork Graph to have access to.

6. Step through the Notion authorization flow to allow access. Review and accept the permissions to connect. Select Allow.

次のステップ

Notion との接続が完了すると、以下のようになります。

1. ページは、数時間かけて徐々に検索に表示されるようになります。

2. Your team members will see Notion show up as a filter option in Search. If they haven’t connected to Notion from their Atlassian account, they may be asked to connect before they can see results. They’ll be asked (similarly to step 5, above) to select all pages and teamspaces they’d like Teamwork Graph to have access to.

3. Notion 内のファイル数によっては、すべてのファイルがインデックス化されて検索に表示されるまでに時間がかかる場合があります。
