We’re renaming ‘products’ to ‘apps’

Atlassian 'products’ are now ‘apps’. You may see both terms used across our documentation as we roll out this terminology change. Here’s why we’re making this change

Make an email address unavailable in an app

When you add an email address, it is automatically available for app admins to configure outbound email notifications. If you don’t want the email address to appear as an option, you can make it temporarily unavailable for notifications.

When you make an email address unavailable, we automatically remove it from any email notifications configured with the email address and update the notifications with the app’s default email address (for example, jira@acme.atlassian.net). We recommend that you let the project admins know that their notifications will be updated.

メール アドレスを利用できないようにするには、次の手順を実行します。

  1. 移動 [アトラシアンの管理] に移動します。組織が複数ある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。

  2. [設定] > [メール] の順に選択します。

  3. From the email address under the Email addresses tab, select Available in app? to switch off the toggle.

If you want to make the email address available again you can switch on the Available in app? toggle at any time. We won’t add the email address back to any notifications that were previously configured with the email address. If the project admin wants to use the email address again, they’ll have to reconfigure it for the notification.
