一元的なユーザー管理へのアクセスを許可する

In the production site, the users and groups exist in the organization level, so they don’t need to be copied to the sandbox. After creating a sandbox, only the org admins are given access to the groups. The group names in your sandbox will be similar to the app group names. For example, a group named jira-users-test would be named jira-users-test-sandbox-123 in the sandbox.

サンドボックスへのアクセスを許可する方法は次のとおりです。

1. 移動 [アトラシアンの管理] に移動します。組織が複数ある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。

2. Select Apps.

3. ユーザーにアクセスを許可するサンドボックスで、[アクセス管理] を選択します。

4. 適切なサンドボックスのグループにユーザーを追加します。

オリジナルのユーザー管理へのアクセスを許可する

本番サイトからサンドボックスにデータをコピーすると、ユーザーとグループは別々にコピーされます。ただし、ユーザーはサンドボックスのグループに自動的に追加されるわけではなく、サンドボックスにユーザーを招待して手動で追加する必要があります。

When you copy data from the production site to the sandbox, the users and groups are also copied, but users are not automatically added to any groups. サンドボックスへのアクセスを許可する方法は次のとおりです。

3. ユーザーにアクセスを許可するサンドボックスで、[その他のアクション] (…) > [ユーザー管理] を選択します。

4. サイドバーから [グループ] を選択します。
