Jira ファミリーとサンドボックス

The Jira family of products are built on the same platform. This means that Jira Software, Jira Work Management, and Jira Service Management share a common Jira framework. As a result, changes you make will affect all Jira products with the same URL. For example, if you delete your Jira Service Management sandbox from acme-sandbox-123.atlassian.net, you’ll also delete your Jira Softwaresandbox from acme-sandbox-123.atlassian.net.

Jira Service Management サンドボックスには、Opsgenie URL と Jira Service Management URL からアクセスできます。

さまざまな Jira 製品プランがある場合は、さまざまなサンドボックス作成オプションを利用できます。

Premium プランまたは Enterprise プランの Jira 製品と、Free プランまたは Standard プランの別の Jira 製品 (Jira Product Discovery を除く。この製品は現在サンドボックスでサポートされていないため) がある場合は、Free プランまたは Standard プランで Jira 製品の無料サンドボックスを利用できます。

For example, as a user with a Jira Software Enterprise plan, you have access to a Jira Software sandbox. If you choose to add another Jira product, such as Jira Service Management on a free plan, we give Jira Service Management sandbox for free since you already have a Jira product under the Enterprise plan.
