You must be on an Airtable Enterprise Scale plan with administrator permissions to connect to Teamwork Graph.
Teamwork Graph will always respect permissions. Users will only ever see tables that they already have access to.
Airtable への接続
アトラシアンの管理の統合を設定する前に、Airtable で接続先サービス アカウントを作成する必要があります。アカウントを設定する手順は以下のとおりです。
[Airtable Admin (Airtable の管理)] に移動し、[Users (ユーザー)] 画面で [Service accounts (サービス アカウント)] タブを選択します。
Select Create service account and fill in a name ('Service Account Teamwork Graph integration') and an email address that you have access to. This email address can’t be the same as your Admin account.
Select the Workspaces you’d like Teamwork Graph to have access to, and once selected, change the dropdown from Creator to Read only. You can add more Workspaces on the next screen if you need to.

If you need Teamwork Graph to access additional workspaces, you can also add more from the Workspaces tab.

7. admin.atlassian.com に移動します。複数の組織がある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。
8.Select Apps, then Connectors.
9.If you have more than one site, pick the site you want to connect, then select Add connector.
10. [Airtable] を選択して [次へ] を押します。
11. Airtable の接続の名前を入力します。
12. 免責事項を確認し、[Authorize Airtable (Airtable を承認)] を選択します。
13. A new tab will open to step you through Airtable authorization. Under ‘Authorize as…’, you need to select the name of the Service account you created in Airtable in Step 2 ('Service Account Teamwork Graph integration' or what you chose as the name).
14. After selecting the account, you will be again asked to select the workspaces or bases that you would like Teamwork Graph to be able to read from.
次のいずれかの対応が可能です。
(Recommended) Select Add a base, then All current and future bases in all current and future workspaces.
[Add a base (ベースを追加)] を選択し、ステップ 3 および 6 と同じワークスペースとベースを選択します。
違いは何ですか?
Both of these options end in the same immediate result, as this step of the Teamwork Graph integration cannot grant more access than the Service account has been given in Step 3 and 6. The advantage of selecting the whole organization is you can add additional Workspaces (as you did in Step 6) in future without having to remove and re-add the whole integration.

Your team members will see Airtable show up as a filter option in Search. If they haven’t connected to Airtable from their Atlassian account, they may be asked to connect before they can see results. This is required so Teamwork Graph can make sure your teammates only see files that they already have access to.
チーム メイトが、ワークスペースとベースを (再度) 選択するよう求められる
Airtable に接続したチーム メイトは、Atlassian アカウントにアクセス権を付与する組織、ワークスペース、ベースを確認するよう求められます。
Similarly to Step 14 above, we strongly recommend telling your team to select Add a base, then All current and future bases in all current and future workspaces. Once again, Teamwork Graph cannot access more than what is setup against the Service account in Step 3 above, so selecting this option allows you to add additional data to Teamwork Graph in future without having to disconnect and reconnect accounts.
