Assign a product to a policy
We’re rolling out a new backup and restore experience for a limited number of customers on the Enterprise plan through an open beta program.

To create a backup policy:
admin.atlassian.com に移動します。 複数の組織がある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。
Select Settings > Backup and restore.
Select Create new policy.
In the Policy name field, enter a name for the policy.
Select the app that you want to assign to the policy.
You can filter apps by type, encryption, and policy limits.
Select entities
Project data, users, groups and Jira Service Management customers are always backed up. You can exclude entities such as attachments and Confluence personal spaces from the backup by toggling them off.
This table describes the data that is included for each type of app and whether you can exclude specific entities from the backup. For the detailed list of entities that we back up, view
