We’re rolling out a new backup and restore experience for a limited number of customers on the Enterprise plan through an open beta program.
現在、Atlassian Government 環境ではバックアップと復元を利用できません。
When you activate a backup policy, backups run according to the schedule you set. To view these backups:
admin.atlassian.com に移動します。 複数の組織がある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。
Select Settings > Backup and restore.
In the Backup policy tab, find the policy and select View backups.
Find the backup and select View details.
バックアップの詳細には次の情報が含まれます。

ID | This is the unique identifier for the backup. You can refer to the backup ID if you need to contact our support team. |
ステータス | Shows whether the backup is In Progress, Completed, incomplete, Failed, or Expired. |
Start time | The time when the backup started running. |
End time | The time when the backup ended. |
サイズ | The total size of the backup. |
Encryption | Shows whether your backup is encrypted using the Atlassian-managed keys or customer-managed keys. |
Data included | Entities included in your backup. |
シャード ID | The unique ID of the partition within the Atlassian cloud where your backup is stored. You can see the ID only if backups are stored in the Atlassian storage. More about |
Download report
After you backup and restore data, you can download a report to see the summary of what data is backed up and restored and what’s not.

Backup initiated by | The person who initiated the backup. |
Attachments size | The size of the attachments included in the backup. |
Data size | The total size of the backup. |
Encryption | The key model used to encrypt the backup. |

Work items backed up | The number of work items backed up. |
Total projects | The number of projects in your app instance. |
Projects backed up | The number of projects backed up. |
Total attachments | The number of attachments in your app instance. |
Attachments backed up | The number of attachments backed up. |
Failed attachments | The number of attachments that failed to back up. |
Users backed up | The number of users backed up. |
Groups backed up | The number of groups backed up. |
Audit log activities

Status of all backups (Completed, Incomplete, Failed)
Status of all restores (Completed, Incomplete, Failed)
Status of data backed to your Amazon S3
Status of data restored from your Amazon S3
Time when a backup or restore started.
Name of the person who started the backup and restore.
