We’re renaming ‘products’ to ‘apps’

Atlassian 'products’ are now ‘apps’. You may see both terms used across our documentation as we roll out this terminology change. Here’s why we’re making this change

Update your app and site URL

When you sign up for a app, the name you enter determines the URL used to access apps in that site. For example, if you entered acme, the site URL would be acme.atlassian.net.

Apps added to the same site will have the same site URL, followed by a path that denotes the app. For example, if a site named Acme contained Confluence, Jira, and Jira Service Management, the app URLs would be:

  • Confluence: acme.atlassian.net/wiki

  • Jira apps: acme.atlassian.net/jira

Update the app URL

カスタム ドメインは、Jira Premium、Confluence Premium、または Jira Service Management Standard プランでご利用いただけます。

Custom domains aren’t available for Atlassian Government apps.

When you update your app URL, the old URL automatically redirects to the new one, making the old URL unavailable for session-based authentication.

You can update the URL used to access a app in two ways:

  • Update the app URL subdomain, for example, springfield.atlassian.net.

  • カスタム ドメインを作成する。例: jira.support.springfield.com

There are some limitations to be aware of with both methods. Can I update the URL used to access a app?
