Connect Docusign to Rovo

 Make your important envelopes findable alongside your company knowledge.

This connector is only supported in Rovo Search. We're actively working on supporting this connector in Rovo Chat and Agents.

Before you begin

  • You will need to be a Docusign Admin to connect to Rovo.

  • Only envelopes that a user has created or has been shared directly are available to Rovo.

  • Rovo will always respect permissions. Users will only ever see documents that they already have access to.

Connecting to Docusign

To get to the setup screen for Box:

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.

  2. Select Settings > Rovo.

  3. Under Activated sites, next to the site you want to connect, select More actions () and select Add connector.

  4. Select Docusign and press Next.

  5. Enter a name for your Docusign connection.

  6. Review and agree to the data usage information.

  7. Select Authorize Docusign.

  8. A new tab will open to step you through Docusign authorization. You must log in with the Docusign admin account.

  9. Read through the permissions and select Allow access.

Next steps

After you’ve finished connecting Docusign:

  1. Documents will start to show in Search incrementally over the next few hours.

  2. Your team members will see Docusign show up as a filter option in Search. If they haven’t connected to Docusign from their Atlassian account, they may be asked to connect before they can see results. This is required so Rovo can make sure your teammates only see documents that they already have access to.

  3. Depending on the number of envelopes in Docusign, it may take some time for all your envelopes to be indexed and appear in Search.
