Connect the HubSpot MCP server to your Atlassian site
Before you begin
You must have access to a HubSpot account for authorization of the MCP server.
You must be an Atlassian organization admin for the target site.
Connecting to the HubSpot MCP server
To access the HubSpot MCP setup:
Go to Atlassian Administration.
Select an organization if you have more than one.
In the left-hand menu, expand Apps then Sites
Select the site you want.
Select Connected apps from the left-hand menu.
In the top-right corner, expand the dropdown to the right of the Explore apps button
Select Add external MCP server.
Read the disclaimers then select Agree and continue.
Select HubSpot MCP server from the list and select Next.
The MCP server URL will be prefilled. Update the MCP server name or keep the default.
Select Authenticate.
You will be redirected to a page for HubSpot authorization. You will need to authorize with your Hubspot account.
Read through the permissions and select Allow.
You will be redirected back to the Atlassian admin page where you can see the tools available for the HubSpot MCP server.
Select the tools you want to enable for your site.
Next Steps
The HubSpot MCP server will now be available with the tools you have enabled on your Atlassian site.
Your team members will see HubSpot show up. If they haven’t connected to HubSpot from their Atlassian account, they may be asked to connect before using the tools.
