Manage a web search option for Rovo

Rovo uses your approved organizational knowledge, including connected third-party apps, as source material. If you turn on web search, it allows users across your organization to switch or expand Rovo’s sources to public websites.
A toggle becomes visible as configuration in Rovo Chat and as agent configuration in Rovo Studio.
To enable or disable web search as an option:
Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Rovo, then Rovo access.
Select the tab, Web search.
Toggle the setting to enable or disable it.
