Copy data to sandboxes
Each sandbox is connected to a production app. It doesn’t include any data when it is first created. You can choose to copy all of your production data or only a subset to mirror what you need in your sandbox for testing.
We don't recommend using cloud-to-cloud data copy to copy sandbox data to production. This may lead to duplicate data in your production environment, which you will then need to clean up.
