サンドボックスの制限

Enterprise プランと Premium プランでは、作成できるサンドボックス数の制限が異なります。

Enterprise プラン

すべての Enterprise プランで、組織全体で 10 個のサンドボックスを作成できます。この制限をどのように使用するかは、使用する本番サイトの数によって異なります。1 つの本番サイトに 10 個のサンドボックスを作成することも、複数のサイトにサンドボックスを分散させることもできます。

まとめると、次のようになります。

• Jira Enterprise: 合計 10 個のサンドボックス

• Jira Service Management Enterprise: 合計 10 個のサンドボックス

• Confluence Enterprise: 合計 10 個のサンドボックス

サンドボックス URL (サンドボックス サイト)

1 つの本番サイト (たとえば http://atlassian.net) に作成できるサンドボックス サイトの数は最大 10 個です。次に例を示します。

1. atlassian.net → apps-atlassian.net (Jira サンドボックスを含む)

2. atlassian.net → features-atlassian.net (Jira サンドボックスを含む)

3. atlassian.net → migration-atlassian.net (Jira サンドボックスと Confluence サンドボックスを含む)

We have this additional limit so that you try to combine multiple Enterprise apps from the same production site (Jira, Confluence) under common sandbox sites, just like in their original setup. Dividing them into too many unnecessary sandbox sites could affect their performance.

制限を超えるサンドボックス

Enterprise プランあたりのサンドボックスの総数が、このオープン ベータ版リリースで導入されたサンドボックスの制限である 10 個を超えた場合は、次のようになります。

• サンドボックスが 20 個以下の場合: サンドボックスは影響を受けず、猶予期間に入り、その期間内のサンドボックスの総数が 20 個に制限されます。この猶予期間が終了する前に、追加の詳細を含む事前通知が届きます。

• サンドボックスが 20 個を超える場合: 複数のサンドボックス (ベータ版) を使用できなくなります。複数のサンドボックスを使用する場合は、サンドボックスの数を 20 個以下に減らしてから、サポートチームに連絡してください。

Premium プラン

You can create one sandbox for each of the following apps in Premium plan and use it within the sandbox URL connected to a production site.

• Jira Premium

• Jira Service Management Premium

• Confluence Premium

• Jira Product Discovery Premium

1. atlassian.net → sandbox-atlassian.net (Jira サンドボックスと Confluence サンドボックス)

If you have multiple Premium apps on the same production site, you can combine their sandboxes under the same sandbox site, just like in their original setup. We have this additional limit, because dividing apps into too many unnecessary sandbox sites could affect their performance.

Free プランと Standard プラン

Apps on Free and Standard plans aren’t eligible for a sandbox. This changes previous rules where you could add a Free or Standard sandbox to an existing Enterprise sandbox site. For details, see the page below.
