New to administering Atlassian cloud products? Learn about Atlassian organizations and what it means to be an organization admin.
After you’ve added a connector, you can review and edit unique connector details for each Rovo-activated site.
Manage connector details:
Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Settings > Rovo
Under the Sites tab, expand the Rovo site with the connectors you want to manage.
Locate the connector you want to edit and from the actions column, select the More actions (•••) > Manage.
You can then edit and save any available details for your connector.

As well as Admin managed connectors, Rovo uses other data from other sources in your instance to show results in Search.
Figma doesn’t need to be configured by an Admin to show results in Search. It will show automatically. Rovo uses Smart Link data from Figma to show results based on individual user’s permissions.
