Manage connector details

After you’ve added a connector, you can review and edit unique connector details for each Rovo-activated site.

Manage connector details:

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.

  2. Select Settings > Rovo

  3. Under the Sites tab, expand the Rovo site with the connectors you want to manage.

  4. Locate the connector you want to edit and from the actions column, select the More actions (•••) > Manage.

  5. You can then edit and save any available details for your connector.

Other sources

As well as Admin managed connectors, Rovo uses other data from other sources in your instance to show results in Search.

Smart Link connectors don’t need to be setup by an admin, and instead use Smart Link data to show results based on individual user’s permissions.
