Why is Atlassian Intelligence not responding?

Atlassian Intelligence is available and automatically activated for all products on Premium and Enterprise plans. Organization admins can manage Atlassian Intelligence preferences from Settings > Atlassian Intelligence in Atlassian Administration.

If Atlassian Intelligence isn’t working on your site, our AI services may be down or having problems. If you receive an error when using AI, we recommend waiting and trying again once services are restored.

We provide updates on the health and performance of our cloud services and products on the Atlassian Status hub.
