Reconnect Chat after copying Jira Service Management projects

Who can do this?

  • Organization admins

The chat channels in your Jira Service Management project seamlessly integrate with either Slack or Microsoft Teams, bringing your service project directly to these platforms. When customers seek assistance in chat, your agents can efficiently create issues, respond to inquiries, close requests, and perform various tasks—all without having to exit Slack or Teams.
