Reauthorize a connector
In some rare circumstances, as an admin, you may need to reauthorize an existing third-party connector to make sure the connection is working correctly and syncing.
To reauthorize a third-party connector:
Log into the third-party product (for example, Slack) in your browser with an account with the appropriate level of access (this can be the same account used to set up the connector). If you’re unsure, check the setup instructions for that connector.
In another tab, go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Settings > Rovo.
Under the Sites tab, expand the site with the connector by selecting the chevron (). Next to the product you need to reauthorize, select More actions () and Manage.
Select the Authorize <product> button. This will open a new tab, and you may be asked to accept the connection again.
