Find out when your organization will get a change

When a change will be available in your organization depends on the phase of the change, its rollout status, and the release track of your Atlassian app.
Refer to the table below to understand the various release note statuses.
Release note status | Rollout status |
|---|---|
PLANNED | Atlassian is working on a change. There’s no rollout date scheduled. |
COMING SOON | Atlassian is rolling out a change, but your apps haven’t received it yet. |
ROLLING OUT (for multiple app instances only) | A change is being rolled out by Atlassian, and only some of your apps have received it. |
ROLLOUT COMPLETE | All your apps have received the change. |
Find out the rollout timeframe
Within App updates, you can view real-time release timeframes showing when a feature will become available.
To view when your organization will get a change:
Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Products > Product updates.
Select the release note from the list of app updates.
View the Rollout schedule on the top of the screen.
For organizations with multiple sites, if any of your apps are on the bundled or preview release track, select View rollout schedule.
