Connect Monday to Rovo

• You will need to be a Monday Admin to connect to Rovo.

• Only boards are available to Rovo.

Connecting to Monday

To get to the setup screen for Monday:

1. admin.atlassian.com に移動します。複数の組織がある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。

2. [設定] > [Rovo] を選択します。

3. [有効化するサイト] で、接続するサイトの横にある [その他のアクション] () を選択し、[コネクタを追加] を選択します。

4. Select Monday and press Next.

5. Follow the link in the middle of the page that directs you to installing the Rovo app in Monday. Once you’ve installed, you can close this tab.

6. Back in admin.atlassian.com, enter a name for your Monday connection.

7. 免責事項を確認します。

8. Select Authorize Monday.

9. A new tab will open to step you through Monday authorization. Read through the details and select Authorize.

次のステップ

After you’ve finished connecting Monday:

1. ボードは、数時間かけて徐々に検索に表示されるようになります。

2. Your team members will see Monday show up as a filter option in Search. If they haven’t connected to Monday from their Atlassian account, they may be asked to connect before they can see results. This is required so Rovo can make sure your teammates only see boards that they already have access to.

3. Depending on the number of boards in Monday, it may take some time for all your boards to be indexed and appear in Search.
