The Monday connector indexes these objects:

はじめる前に

• Rovo に接続するには、Monday の管理者である必要があります。

• Rovo は常に権限を遵守します。ユーザーには、ユーザー自身がすでにアクセス権を持っているボードのみが表示されます。

Monday に接続する

Monday のセットアップ画面を開くには、次の手順に従います。

1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.

2. Select Apps > AI settings > Rovo.

3. Under Sites, next to the site you want to connect, select Add connector.

4. [Monday] を選択して [次へ] を押します。

5. ページ中央のリンクを使用すると、Monday に Rovo アプリをインストールすることができます。インストールしたら、このタブを閉じることができます。

6. Back in admin.atlassian.com, enter a name for your Monday connection.

7. 免責事項を確認します。

8. [Authorize Monday (Monday を認証する)] を選択します。

9. 新しいタブが開き、Monday の承認ステップを進められます。詳細を読み、[認証] を選択します。

次のステップ

Monday との接続が完了したら、次の手順を実行します。

1. ボードは、数時間かけて徐々に検索に表示されるようになります。

2. Your team members will see Monday show up as a filter option in Search. If they haven’t connected to Monday from their Atlassian account, they may be asked to connect before they can see results. This is required so Rovo can make sure your teammates only see boards that they already have access to.

3. Monday 内のボードの数によっては、すべてのボードがインデックス化されて検索に表示されるまでに時間を要する場合があります。
