Add, edit, or delete resolutions
In Jira Cloud, the Resolution field describes the reason a work item was moved to Done. For example, a bug that was raised, investigated, and then fixed might have a resolution of Fixed; but a bug that couldn’t be replicated could be moved to Done with a resolution of Could not replicate.
You’ll first need to add resolutions to your Jira in order for your teams to use them.

This is for company-managed projects only.
Add, edit, or delete resolutions
Select Jira settings, then Issues.
Under ISSUE ATTRIBUTES, select Resolutions.
To add a new resolution, go to the form below the list of resolutions and fill in the fields.
To edit or delete a resolution, select Edit or Delete.
Best practices for naming resolutions
Avoid names like Unresolved or None for your resolutions. Jira automatically shows work items as "Unresolved" when they have no set resolution. So, having a resolution called "Unresolved" or "None" might be confusing for your teams.
次のステップ
Once you’ve added your resolutions, you can then set up your workflow so that the Resolution field is automatically set when work moves to done. For more on how to do this, see Configure resolutions in a Jira workflow
