This process may not work with multiple Microsoft Entra tenants
Azure DevOps for Jira supports authorization against only one Microsoft Entra tenant. If your account has access to multiple tenants, Microsoft may automatically select your primary or home tenant, and you might not be able to select a different tenant during authorization.
As a result, the steps in this article might not let you connect the Azure DevOps organization you need, even after you disconnect organizations and reauthorize your account.

Jira で組織の接続を解除する。
Azure DevOps で古いテナントの認証を削除する。
正しいテナントを使用して再認証する。
組織の接続を解除してアカウントを切り替える
[アプリ]、[アプリを管理] の順に選択して、Azure DevOps for Jira の設定ページに移動します。
サイドバーで [AZURE DEVOPS FOR JIRA] の下にある [設定] を選択します。
テーブルの [アクション] 列にある [その他のアクション] ()、[Disconnect organization (組織の接続を解除)] の順に選択することで、接続しているすべての組織の接続を解除します。
すべての組織の接続が解除されたら、[アカウントを切り替える] を選択して新しい組織を接続します。
古いテナントの認証を削除して正しいテナントに切り替える
Azure DevOps for Jira に初めて接続したときに承認したテナントの自動認証を防ぐには、Azure DevOps で認証を取り消す必要があります。
Go to your Azure DevOps profile page.
以前に認証したテナントを選択します。
[Authorizations (認証)] で [Manage authorizations (認証の管理)] を選択します。
Azure DevOps for Jira の [取り消し] を選択します。
Back in your Azure DevOps profile page, select the correct tenant from the dropdown under your name and email.
Jira に戻ります。
正しいテナントを使用して再認証する
[アプリ]、[アプリを管理] の順に選択して、Azure DevOps for Jira の設定ページに移動します。
サイドバーで [AZURE DEVOPS FOR JIRA] の下にある [設定] を選択します。
手順に従って Azure DevOps アカウントを再認証します。正しいテナントを選択したため、これで目的の組織に接続できるようになります。
