Rename or delete a data share
Data shares are available only to customers participating in the early access program.
Rename a data share
You can rename a data share at any time. The name is only used in Atlassian Analytics, so it won’t break any connections you’ve made to the data share in your third-party tools.
To rename a data share:
You must be an organization admin to rename data shares.
Select Data from the global navigation.
Select Data shares from the sidebar.
Select the data share you want to rename.
Select its name from the details page and use inline edit to change the name.
Select the checkmark to save it.
Delete a data share
If you delete a data share, any connections you’ve made to the data share in your third-party tools will break, and you won’t be able to query it.
To delete a data share:
You must be an organization admin to delete data shares.
Select Data from the global navigation.
Select Data shares from the sidebar.
Select the data share you want to delete.
Select Delete.
