Natural language to SQL

When you use SQL mode to write queries for Atlassian Data Lake connections, you can use Rovo to help you generate queries for the data that you want to pull. It’s also a great way to discover what types of data are available in the Data Lake.

To generate SQL queries using Rovo:

  1. Select Create then Chart from the top navigation. This will open a pop-up.

  2. Select Custom chart. This will take you to the chart editor.

  3. Select SQL in the query to switch to SQL mode then select Rovo.

  4. Enter your question in natural language, select Submit, and then Rovo will return a SQL query.
