Share charts
Share individual charts with your teammates or stakeholders to keep them informed or get feedback.
Download a chart
Downloading a chart is a great option if you want to share it with someone who doesn’t have access to the dashboard or Atlassian Analytics.
To download a chart:
Hover over the chart you want to export.
Select More actions () > Download.
Select your desired export format:
CSV (Note that CSV exports have a character limit of 32,767 for each cell. If a cell exceeds the limit, the data in the cell will be truncated.)
PDF
PNG
SVG
The download will start automatically.

Share a link to a chart
You can share a direct link to a chart on a dashboard with anyone who has access to that dashboard. To copy the direct link:
Hover over the chart you want to share.
Select Copy link to chart ().
The link will take you directly to the chart on the dashboard, briefly highlighting the chart in yellow.
Embed a chart using Smart Links
When you paste a chart link into Atlassian editors that support Smart Links, you can apply special styling to the link or embed the entire dashboard. Learn more about Smart Links.
Viewers of an embedded chart must have access to the dashboard to which it resides in Atlassian Analytics. Learn how to manage dashboard access.
