Dashboard templates for Opsgenie

There are five dashboard templates for Opsgenie:

  • Alert analytics

Alert analytics

This dashboard shows you a detailed breakdown of the alerts created for your teams, so you can gain insights and review the alert response.

You can filter all charts by created date, teams, message, priority, status, integrations, mean time to acknowledge, mean time to close, and tags.

Number of alerts

The number of alerts created within the selected date interval

Number of alerts by status

The number of alerts grouped by status

Number of alerts per day by status

The daily distribution of alerts grouped by status

Number of alerts by priority

The number of alerts grouped by priority level

Number of alerts per day by priority

The daily distribution of alerts grouped by priority

Number of alerts by tag

The number of alerts grouped by tag

Number of alerts by team

The distribution of alerts created each hour of the day

Alert MTTA/C statistics of teams

This dashboard shows you detailed statistics about the mean-time-to-acknowledge and close alert by date and team.

You can filter all charts by created date, teams, time taken to acknowledge, time taken to close, alert tags, and integration name.

Mean time to acknowledge alerts by date

The average time it takes to acknowledge alerts during a specified time period

Mean time to close alerts by date

The average time it takes to close alerts during a specified time period

Acknowledged alerts by date

The date on which alerts are acknowledged

Closed alerts by date

The date on which alerts are closed

Mean time to acknowledge and close alerts by team

The average time it takes for the team to acknowledge and close alerts

Number of P0 alerts per team

The number of critical alerts for each team


Alert statistics for the month

This dashboard gives you a quick overview of the current month’s most important alert metrics such as mean-time-to-acknowledge and close, and the number of alerts by team, per hour, and per day.

You can filter all charts by mean time to acknowledge, mean time to close, and the number of alerts by team, per hour, and per day.

Incident analytics

This dashboard shows you all the incidents created on Opsgenie by status, priority, tags, and incident metrics for teams.

You can filter all charts by the “Calendar” control labeled Current date interval, priority, and status.

Incidents

The number of incidents created during the selected date interval

Mean time to resolve incidents

The average time it takes to resolve incidents that were created during the selected date interval

Number of incidents by priority

The number of incidents created during the selected date interval, grouped by priority

Number of incidents by status

The number of incidents created during the selected date interval, grouped by status

Number of incidents by tag

The number of incidents created during the selected date interval, grouped by tag

Daily mean time to resolve and close incidents

The number of incidents created each month and the average time it takes to resolve and close those incidents

Incident response statistics for teams

Shows the following alert details for each team:

  • Name of the team

  • Incidents responded

  • Percentage of responder alerts acknowledged

  • Total

  • Acknowledged responded alerts


Notification statistics

This dashboard shows a detailed breakdown of all types of notifications received by your teams.

You can filter all charts by the “Calendar” control labeled Current date interval, notified users, and delivery methods.

Total notifications

The total number of notifications received by your teams

Successful notifications

The number of successful notifications received by your teams

Failed notifications

The number of failed notifications sent to your teams

Daily notifications by type

The number of notifications sent each day for each type.

Notifications per person

The number of notifications each person receives, including a breakdown of the delivery methods used


Dashboards for a later release

Responder productivity

This dashboard helps you measure the alert response and productivity of your team members using core metrics–such as the number of acknowledged, and closed alerts–and gives you a detailed breakdown of alerts by status and priority.

You can filter all charts by teams, team members, alert status, alert priority, and the “Calendar” control labeled Alert created date.

Number of alerts

The number of alerts created during the selected date interval

Escalated to next responder

The number of alerts that were escalated. These alerts were created during the selected date interval.

Reassigned alerts

The number of alerts that were reassigned. These alerts were created during the selected date interval.

Responded alerts

The number of alerts that were acknowledged by specific team members versus remaining team members. These alerts were created during the selected date interval.

Number of alerts by status

The number of alerts created during the selected date interval, grouped by status

Number of alerts by priority

The number of alerts created during the selected date interval, grouped by priority


Team productivity

This dashboard helps you measure the alert response and productivity of your teams using core metrics–such as the number of acknowledged, closed, and escalated alerts–and gives you a detailed breakdown of alerts by status and priority.

You can filter all charts by the “Calendar” control labeled Alert created date.
