Manage permissions at the data source level

All of the Analytics capabilities of the app remain unchanged. You can continue using your existing dashboards, charts, and smart links alongside the new Rovo-powered features. These features combine work and data context to provide reliable answers, create a shared understanding of data, and build dashboards that your team can depend on.
There are different permission levels you can assign to people to configure their access to a data source or dashboard.
Data source permissions and dashboard permissions are independent of each other. For example, if a person has access to a data source used for a dashboard, it does not automatically give them access to that dashboard. They’ll need the appropriate permission level assigned to them to access the dashboard.
Analytics admin permissions
Analytics admins have the ability to access all data sources and dashboards in the Analytics workspace. When an Analytics admin opens a dashboard or views a data source’s settings for the first time, they are automatically granted permission to manage that dashboard or data source.
