Add Analytics to an existing site
Analytics is now Insights
All of the Analytics capabilities of the app remain unchanged. You can continue using your existing dashboards, charts, and smart links alongside the new Rovo-powered features. These features combine work and data context to provide reliable answers, create a shared understanding of data, and build dashboards that your team can depend on.
Only customers with Cloud Enterprise plans for Jira, Jira Service Management, or Confluence can add Analytics.
You can add Analytics to an existing site from Atlassian Administration or while using another Atlassian app.
You must be an organization admin to set up Analytics on a site. Analytics is also available in an Atlassian Government Cloud environment.
To add Analytics from Atlassian Administration:
Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Apps > Add app.
Scroll down and select Discover more apps.
Under the Plan, track, and support section, you’ll find Analytics listed. Select Try it now.
Select Get started.
To add Analytics while using another Atlassian app:
From the global navigation, select Switch sites or apps () > More Atlassian apps.
Under the Plan, track, and support section, you’ll find Analytics listed. Select Try it now.
Select Get started.
After completing these steps, you’ll automatically start the process to create your first connection to the Atlassian Data Lake.
If you don’t see Analytics in the list of apps to add but you’re a Cloud Enterprise customer, create a support ticket for Analytics, and our team will look into it.
